- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes

- Managing relationships with external legal counsels engaged by the Company

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- Corporate experience is a must
- Expert knowledge of the local laws, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Social Insurance Law, Labor Law and Competition Law
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English language
