Job Description
- Create and execute a marketing strategy to support our customer acquisition and expansion goals.
- Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of UBN’s cosmetics product capabilities and performance in key industry applications.
- Manage efforts to create brand and products awareness across the cosmetics’ industry.
- Conduct marketing research efforts, as required.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required preferably in business/marketing.
- An advanced degree is a plus, but is not required.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management environment.
- Proficiency with B2B marketing techniques and best practices.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams and with internal and/or external clients.
- Ability to identify and track key metrics that demonstrate marketing results.
- Strong self-motivation/direction, entrepreneurial mind-set and teaming skills.
- Creative problem solver.
- Team player, ability to work with ambiguity in fast moving environment.
