Job Description

  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Managing databases and Keep up-to-date contact details
  • Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office
  • Handling all tasks related to tickets booking, hotels reservations, travel agencies communications and embassies visa application processes
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies (stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs) and maintaining records
  • Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

  • Females ONLY
  • 1-2 years’ experience
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant
  • Very good command of English
  • Very good user of MS office
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Has high sense of responsibility
