Job Description
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Typing, preparing and collating reports
- Managing databases and Keep up-to-date contact details
- Welcome, assist and direct guests to the appropriate person and office
- Handling all tasks related to tickets booking, hotels reservations, travel agencies communications and embassies visa application processes
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies (stationary, buffet, and the other necessary materials' needs) and maintaining records
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required
Job Requirements
- Females ONLY
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant
- Very good command of English
- Very good user of MS office
