- Handling customers inquire through Hotline channels in Arabic these inquiries are mainly technical and service inquires also contact the customers to survey their satisfaction.

- Males & Females.
- Good Command Of English Language.
- Preferred to have two years’ experience in customer service
- Knowledge of internet usage (browsing), good knowledge of Microsoft Office application.
- Ability to troubleshoot key issues
- Familiar with how to use popular search engines and navigate different social media platforms
- Android devises awareness
- Smartphones overall feedback
