Job Description
- Coordinate the activities of quantity surveyors and the administration of the prime contract and subcontracts.
- Ensure that the administration of contracts by projects is carried out in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
- Prepare subcontracts agreements and amendments.
- Monitor the performance of awarded subcontracts, checking and certifying monthly payments and final accounts.
- Assist with the review and settlement of claims raised by subcontractors or suppliers.
- Assist with the preparation of change orders to the prime contract.
- Coordinate the monthly reports and statistics of the contractors.
- Prepare contract schedules and monitoring progress.
- Review civil and architectural drawings and prepare quantity needs for pricing issues and subcontractors contracts.
- Prepare value engineering reports.
- Revise Purchase Orders and Payment Requests for all items.
- Prepare reports showing the Actual Quantities versus the Expected Quantities.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Civil/Architecture Engineering.
- 4-7 years of experience in the same field.
- Construction Diploma.
- PRMG.
