Job Description

  • Organize company meetings and events or conferences and managing databases.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and prepare presentations/proposals.
  • Assist with special projects assigned by the chairman as required.
  • Maintain departments schedule, update event calendars; schedule appointments, conferences, and teleconferences.
  • Any additional administrative work in the scope of the company can be requested.

Job Requirements

  • Any High bachelor’s degree.
  • From 5-10 years professional working experience.
  • Proficiency in English language is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
