Job Description
- Organize company meetings and events or conferences and managing databases.
- Prepare reports for senior management and prepare presentations/proposals.
- Assist with special projects assigned by the chairman as required.
- Maintain departments schedule, update event calendars; schedule appointments, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Any additional administrative work in the scope of the company can be requested.
Job Requirements
- Any High bachelor’s degree.
- From 5-10 years professional working experience.
- Proficiency in English language is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
