Job Description
- To oversee the day to day operations of the Security, Landscape, Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
- Provide high quality professional support and coordination services.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone or face to face.
- Advise on any information the customer may need.
- Work with Facility Manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Coordinate with other departments to Solve Customers' Complaints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 0-3 years of experience preferably in the same field.
- Excellent communication skills.
