Job Description
- Writing, editing, and reviewing all vendor communication .
- Writing scripts for tutorial videos, short and clear SMS & full business-related articles.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments when needed, graphics,content , Vendor Support Center ,Vendor Experience,Customer Experience and Commercial team
- Performing content descriptions, developing google forms, presentations, Content Calendar & PMOs.
- Following up with Jumia vendors through all channels; Facebook group, What's App & Telegram.
- Brainstorming ideas for getting best practices for vendors engagement
- Translating new processes, guidelines and new features on systems when needed.
- Sending daily & weekly emails while keeping track of the engagement (open/click rate).
- Developing and maintaining a mailing style guide.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in creative writing, Journalism, or similar fields of study, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years as a writer for a mass consumer audience.
- Excellent organization and ability to multitask in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English & Arabic.
- Ability to work on Microsoft Office (Excel-Power Point )
- Ability to work on Photoshop is an addition
