Job Description
- Explanation of all the obligations to the client and the duties of the company and getting a written consent for these regulations.
- Getting the client's approval and explaining the ways of installing the central cables.
- Clarifying to the customer regarding the need to replace the door-lock of their unit with a new one is only through a declaration prepared for this purpose.
- Explanation of the declaration for renting the unit and the steps followed when registering.
- Completion of receipt data by signing a special declaration to rationalize the consumption of water and electricity for each unfinished unit.
- Explain the steps of finishing and make sure that the customer sign the declaration of construction counter for villas under finishing.
- Explanation of the list of finishing options for units without finishing and the general rules to follow up in this regard.
- Completion of special forms of membership of the club, delivery of the customer manual garbage collection system and detailed explanation of the service.
- Providing the clients with the contact information of Madinaty teams in order to facilitate the communication between both sides.
- Coordination with the Villas-Management department regarding unfinished villas to follow up on the usual procedures.
- Registration of rental contracts, concessions and agencies in the city and completion of all signatures, especially administrative and legal decisions prepared for this purpose.
- Coordinating with the Finance Department to review the customer impaired checks with respect to the first year maintenance deposit and the business insurance checks for the unfinished units.
- Coordinating with the real estate department and technical department regarding handing over the units and completion of all the procedures by customers.
- Coordination with the maintenance department regarding the discharge of electricity and water in units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in the same field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
