Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important sellers/vendors. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key seller’s/vendors’s by comprehending company/category targets
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with strategic sellers/vendors. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major sellers/vendors
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of online customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing sellers/Vendors by continuously proposing Prices/Offers to meet their targets then Category targets and KPIs
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by sellers/vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Committed to get best prices with highest level of stock for top hero offers
- Increase sellers/vendors base then category assortment base
- Review/Enhance products content
- Manage stocks /inventory level based on products sell out & campaigns
- Acquire new sellers
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Commercial & Marketing background is a must
- 2 - 4 years of experience in account management
- Flawless English communication
- Can work under stress
- Great capacity to handle high stake negotiations
- Great ability to work in a fast paced and competitive environment
- Committed to deadlines
- Possible to attend outdoor / indoor meetings
- Preferred to live in Tagmoaa,Nasr city or Heliopolis
