Job Description

  • Perform daily payroll department operations.
  • Manage work-flow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Prepare monthly company payroll taking into consideration all actions that impact payroll such as overtime, vacations, resignations, promotions and other payroll effects at Deadline.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
  • Reply various inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
  • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
  • Editing and following up all incentives and bonus.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Economics or Related Fields.
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in payroll.
  • Experienced in retail or distribution is a must.
  • SAP user is a must.
  • Strong MS Office skills are a must.
  • Very good level of flexibility and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent in English Language.
