Job Description
- Primary job requirement is to improve VNPS, quick issue resolution, seller education and contribute. It also involves providing regular inputs to other departments on their area of opportunities, specific to vendors’ support / experience, and help them to improve their internal process.
- Bring in accountability in the system.
- Lead & Implement Vendor Experience projects: RTV, Drop-off experience, Lost management, Vendor payments, Vendor journey
- Own VNPS related KPIs
- Follow-up on SLA compliance
- Work on processes & technology to enhance vendor experience
- Implementing the routines in each team along
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Excellent multi-tasking and analytical skills
- Familiar with relationship management tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and google tools
- Clear communication and reporting capabilities
- Team management and leaderships skills
- Top Business / Engineering Schools and Universities graduates
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Data oriented
- Should align individual goal/ ambition to organization / senior leaderships goal and vision
- Over 1 year experience in a similar role
