Job Description
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Assisting with all recruitment and personnel needs.
- Preparing internal report & Manpower report.
- Designing a training strategy for the company.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses ; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and finance teams on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with HR Diploma preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Presentable and Active
- Excellent communication skills & time management skills
- Excellent English both spoken and written
