Job Description

  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Assisting with all recruitment and personnel needs.
  • Preparing internal report & Manpower report.
  • Designing a training strategy for the company.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses ; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and finance teams on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with HR Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
  • Presentable and Active
  • Excellent communication skills & time management skills
  • Excellent English both spoken and written
