Job Description
- Chat agents communicate with customers through live chat or email to answer questions, solve problems.
- Since they function on the front line of customer service, it’s important that chat agents be comfortable communicating directly with customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Build customer relationships
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
- Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the business.

- Required to have customer previous similar experience
- Fluent English is a Must.
