Job Description
- Responsible for creating, implementing & delivering training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization.
- Advising students on career issues.
- Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students.
- Evaluating a students' class work and assignments.
- Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
- Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
- Classroom management.
- Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
- Following up on the assigned paper work (timeline cards, attendance, and feedback sheets)
- Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere
- Checking progress with students and giving feedbacks.

- Improve the English listening, reading, writing and speaking skills of students.
