Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Perform Administrative Duties; Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian Labor related to the hiring process, tracking, follow up and terminations.
  • Works closely with governmental labor related entities such as Labor office and Social insurance office.
  • Maintains human resources records (Paper & Digital) by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time and keep the company database updated
  • Keeping our HR Information System updated and able to generate needed reports for management
  • Perform audit as needed on all employees’ files to ensure compliance with government laws and internal operational policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Generates new policies and procedures as necessary to ensure continued compliance.
  • Work on any special projects as requested by the government or audit.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing personnel for a big company (100+ employees) where you have handled social insurance and medical insurance processes for the whole company.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and work in dynamic environment.
  • Professional administrative writing Skills.
  • A communicator with strong command of Arabic and English languages both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy with coworkers and clients to resolve compliance issues.
  • Computer proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proactive in dealing with arising issues and ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines
