Job Description
- Identifying, documenting, defining, planning and estimating facility design studies.
- Performing system design studies and assisting the Customer subcontractor with engineering contract deliverable in accordance with the project plan.
- Ensuring the completeness, consistency, integrity and appropriateness of facilities deliverable.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on Senior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years’ experience in Food and Beverage or Food Services/Restaurants
- Experience with store construction, production, equipment, industrial projects and inventory control
- PMP Certification
- Advanced time management and analytical skills
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
