- Screening and Filtration CVs.
- Conducting Recruitment and Selection process Developing yearly manpower plan.
- Monitoring all field process, responsible for field management, training, selection, resources, Defining staffing needs,
- Providing appropriate recruitment sources and interviewing and selecting new staff & field members.
- Clarifying roles and setting performance standards in all departments.
- Defining and implementing HR policies and procedures.
