Job Description
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Organizing and implementing all administrative duties and the daily routine in the area of responsibility.
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
- Type in data provided directly from customer.
- Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Develop and maintain a filing system
