Sterile Production Pharmacist

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this job is follow up on the sterile powder filling area manufacturing processes with respect to all the quality and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Supervising Operators during the production process, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.
• Ensure that the operators are respecting all the HSE requirements & the machines are well secured by key safety elements.
• Updating / Creating SOPs.
• Training of Operators on different Operations.
• Collection and Review of the Batch manufacturing records.
• Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process
• Assuring complied Environmental Monitoring for production activity
• Performing GAP analysis for SANOFI guides
• Ensure meeting the logistics volumes demand
