Job Description
- Create and maintain Service department database and templates.
- Collect and analyze service data to provide presentations and reports.
- Proactively perform health check analysis and review for service operation via SAP.
- Prepare the required information for new service department launches.
Job Requirements
- Experience analyzing and presenting data along with trends & findings.
- Have strong organization skills be able to demonstrate.
- Highly motivated self-starter, capable of working in a team environment.
- Details-oriented
- Adequate University Degree
- English language proficiency both written and spoken
- Computer proficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Minimum 1-4 years of related experience.
