Job Description
- Create/ Develop sales strategy aligned with the marketing plans.
- Develop the Sales progress in Europe and Gulf areas
- Guide, Motivate and support the sales team to make a proactive decisions in all their communications with clients.
- Create and advertise quarterly/monthly sales goals and keep the C level executive apprised of the progress.
- Establish a referral network with local business and find ways to maximize value from those connections
- Implement a sales training & orientation program to educate new hires
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing, or business administration
- MBA is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales management
- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience in outside sales (B2B a plus)
