- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Power).
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Military status must be completed, exempted, or postponed.
- Must have a driving license.
- Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Customer & service oriented.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Passion for BMW.
