Job Description

  • Receiving daily customer requests and decide the working plan.
  • Managing the team to fulfill the daily volumes and its upload.
  • Reviewing the daily volume to be uploaded to the customer
  • Monitoring the daily targets to meet the required volume.
  • Provide leadership to achieve positive customer experience, employee motivation & satisfaction.
  • Identify and resolve customer urgent requests and business issues.
  • Conducting regular meetings with the projects team leaders to discuss the work plan.
  • Align the team capability to best serve the customer’s goals and objectives.
  • Training and orientation of new teams on the new projects.

Job Requirements

  • A successful proven track record within an IT/customer service/ team leading field
  • Solid PC skills with capabilities of report generation through Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proactive approach.
  • Organized with strategic planning
  • Very good level of English
