Job Description
- Receiving daily customer requests and decide the working plan.
- Managing the team to fulfill the daily volumes and its upload.
- Reviewing the daily volume to be uploaded to the customer
- Monitoring the daily targets to meet the required volume.
- Provide leadership to achieve positive customer experience, employee motivation & satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve customer urgent requests and business issues.
- Conducting regular meetings with the projects team leaders to discuss the work plan.
- Align the team capability to best serve the customer’s goals and objectives.
- Training and orientation of new teams on the new projects.
Job Requirements
- A successful proven track record within an IT/customer service/ team leading field
- Solid PC skills with capabilities of report generation through Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong Communication skills
- Proactive approach.
- Organized with strategic planning
- Very good level of English
