Installing and configuring computer systems.
Installing and configuring Mobile computer (HandHeld) spare parts.
Ability to detect the defective Mobile computer (HandHeld) parts and replace it.
Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems, printers issues.
Provide Technical support for all staff and students.
Install Operating Systems and applications of all kinds.
Backup data from PCs when required.
Support GIT customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff.
Network implementation, documentation, simulation, testing and troubleshooting.

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Technical Support.
Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
PC Software and Hardware diagnoses skills is a must
Basic network troubleshooting is a must
Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to learn
Organized and systematic
Language: Fluent English spoken and written is a must
