Job Description
- Review the contract, the bill of quantity and the drawings of the project to determine the project scope.
- Establish baseline, revised and recovery schedules.
- Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the projects
- Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
- Communicates with managers and stakeholders to improve project coordination.
- Monitors all payment invoices for contractors or clients
- Estimate and record project total expenditure including invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
- Coordinate project annual spend projections, cost reconciliations and variance analysis
- subcontractors’ deals for writing and issuing clients’ invoices.
- Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VOs)
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.
- Experience 2-4 years
- Software Skills: (AutoCAD– MS Office- primavera &MS project ) is a must.
- Strong Communication, Presentation and Leadership skills.
- Good in Time Management.
- Very Good command of English Language.
