Job Description
- Study finished product consumption on monthly basis and propose any required update on safety stocks to planning section head.
- Receive production files from design and distribute it to relevant departments.
- Check raw materials availability on ERP system and propose alternatives to the design office / sales whenever needed.
- Issue manufacturing orders and work flow for standard products and projects
- Issue and transfer raw material from different warehouses to fulfil production needs
- Inform the Sales department with the planned delivery dates to be communicated to clients.
- Follow up on order status across all concerned production sections to ensure that production progress is matching estimated schedule.
- Prepare the daily production plan according to orders priority, material availability and production capacity.
- Follow up the complete cycle of Samples production including checking material availability, issuing material from warehouses, sample production and audit.
- Monitor the arrival dates of materials and goods supplied and follow-up the status of purchase orders with purchasing section to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up production missing material and communicate delivery dates to production team.
- Review raw material stock parameters and propose to supply chain manager any needed changes to cope with the production capacity.
- Follow up the complete cycle of samples production including material availability, issuing material from warehouses, sample production and audit.
- Establishes and maintains the integrity of the administrative file system in accordance with the Department policy.
- Ensure that position activities are appropriate to the company’s operational needs and in line with previously approved ISO standard
Job Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in planning field is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office Excel and Word
- Organizing and analyzing Skills.
