Job Description
- Implementing the people policies and HR programs for the organization.
- Responsible for implementing and coordinating the performance management system.
- Responsible for company employee communication and employee orientation.
- Assists with the carrying out of a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
- Assists with the monitoring of the company salary structure and the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
- Develops and schedules benefits orientations and other benefits training.
Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience within a similar role
- Multinational background is highly preferred
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality;
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff;
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs
