Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Install, update, tune and diagnose both internal and third-party applications. Applications can include but not restricted to ERP, CRM, POS, IOT Applications
- Provides first level support for applications and software components
- Administer, resolve applications issues, perform root cause analysis, escalate to 2nd level support, maintain appropriate issues log for all solutions.
- Monitor and maintain application interfaces to ensure that the interfaces exchange data properly.
- Collaborate with hardware, OS, DBA technical teams to ensure system proper integration
- Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
- Maintain SLA, system availability of 99%, Capacity management, and Performance KPI
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
- Maintain timely status update report to IT Management.
- Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of IT and Business departments.
- Sets up administrator, service and user accounts and permissions
- Maintains and enters essential data to the system and Interacts with users to validate it
- Provides advice and training to end-users
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- ERP Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of using Trouble ticketing tools is a plus
- Change Management experience is a plus
- Experience in supporting Applications under windows and Linux.
- Knowledge of DB concepts and relational DB model.
- Hands on experience in SQL, PL/SQL, DB triggers, Stored Procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
