Job Description

Reception Management

  • Greet, assist and direct visitors.
  • Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

Meeting Rooms Control

  • Controlling meeting rooms reservation according to room capacity, number of attendees,meeting duration and providing needed equipment.
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

Secretarial work

  • Provide all required secretarial work required by the top management
  • Handle in and out couriers
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
  • Travel Arrangement
  • Handle trips arrangements including visa issue, ticketing, hotel reservations etc.
  • Writing minutes of meetings, meeting clients, report writing etc

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field.
  • Presentable
  • Excellent English
  • Very Good/Excellent “Microsoft MS”
  • Very good communication skills
