Job Description
- Installation, configuration, and administration of VoIP products (IPPBX, FXO/FXS Getaways, IP Phones, Audio, and Video Conferences
- Asterisk and open source communications Background
- IVR, Call Queues Design and Implementation
- Client Site VPN connections with different network methodologies
- Respond to users Tickets and requests
- Make sure to follow the IT process and the guidelines
- Technical training sessions for the team and users if needed
- Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed
- Monitoring Network /Voice Devices
Job Requirements
- Technical knowledge in IP, WAN, LAN, VPN connectivity
- Working experience with VoIP technology
- TCP/IP Knowledge
- Network operation experience.
