Job Description
- Receive shipments notifications.
- Revise all paperwork drafts
- Maintain communications with purchasing, warehouse, financial and production departments to ensure timely delivery of goods
- issue paperwork for the banks for custom clearance
- Follow up for samples receiving and clearance and maintain records
- Coordinate costing with the customs clearance and the financial department
- shipment information in database follow up sheets daily
- Work with purchasing, warehouse to resolve any issues with incoming orders
- Follow up with the customs clearance and the trucks to ensure on-time delivery
- Issue paperwork for warehouse
- Inform purchasing with any discrepancies
Job Requirements
- Min 2 years’ experience in the related field would be helpful,
- The English language is a must
- Should be competent working on a computer, with a good knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel at a minimum
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Must be an attention to detail person
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Familiar with HS codes, customs regulations and laws
