Job Description
- Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements).
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
- Make travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Suitable bachelor degree.
- Very good command of English both writing and speaking.
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in the same field.
- Lives nearby Heliopolis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
