Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Implement Strategic Map and Balanced scorecard with initiatives and objectives, relating and connecting all functions with the organization strategic goals.
- Manage Business Processes for all functions, including process mapping, guidelines, Roles and responsibilities, KPIs and Measurements.
- Update the company job descriptions and Charts
- Develop recruitment strategies by taking information gathered from the business to pro-actively search for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods ( direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based and social media)
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and presents finalists to hiring managers.
- Ensure hiring managers and teams are trained and capable of conducting effective and efficient interview and hiring processes.
- Provide guidance, training, expertise, and resources on strategic sourcing and recruiting tactics to team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce
- 3-5 years of experience
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent Microsoft Office
- Gender Any
