Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost
- Maintain accurate record of inventory and stock management systems according to set standards
- Ensure regulation of in-stock level complies with inventory parameters
- Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse/storerooms and ensure proper arrangement of stock
- Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing material losses
- Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
- Ensure purchase inventory is within specified budget.
- Oversee and assign samples for Monthly stock taking and analyze the deviations
- Follow up and update financial provisions for slow moving and dead items in stock
Job Requirements
- Required a university degree
- Excellent computer skills of MS office,(Specially Excel)
- Required professional written communication skills and excellent organization skills
- Languages : excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Past experience at least 3 years similar position
- Inventory organization management skills is essential
