About the Job
- Fawaterk.com is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Specialist to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and knocking door visits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Close sales and achieve the quarterly target.
- Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
Job Requirements
Education:
- BS/MS degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Sciences, Engineering.
Skills and Knowledge:
- More than one year of B2B sales experience preferably in eCommerce or ePayment Field.
- From +6 Months – to 1 year of experience.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
- Social media active.
- Exhibits strong motivation to make sales and hard worker.
- Is detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to challenge, demonstrate intellectual curiosity and learn quickly.
- The ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve problems.
- Exhibits excellent communication& negotiation skills.
- Is an extremely flexible and adaptable self-starter.
- Is able to close deals and achieve goals.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, solution oriented.
