Job Description
- Manage training program and align material with target audiences.
- Manage training effectiveness.
- Develop program materials for early engineering to senior level engineering skills, covering requirements, design, analysis
- Collaborate with engineering management for gap analysis and training needs.
- Provide mentoring and support to engineers preparing for customer level training activities.
- Publish training schedules and course materials
- Continuously develop knowledge and understanding of new products, new and revised standards, updated processes.
- Deliver of formal classroom and hands-on instruction to internal and external customers.
- Deliver training in other subject areas supporting PrimeGear Academy Direction
- Develop and revise curriculum to support program requirements.
- Provide instructor led and web-based training when needed
- Coordinates with Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to ensure all production organization training requirements are properly tracked and maintained
- Adept at training at all levels including individual students, LM management, and customer organizations
- Designs computer training manuals by identifying and describing information needs; using desktop publishing; submitting initial versions for review; revising and editing final copy.
- Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job applications.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 Years of Experience in Training and Maintenance field
- Perfect English Written and Spoken
- Knowledge of Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.
- Organized and Structural personal
- Task Achiever and objectives oriented
- Formal training/certification preferred
- Highly developed skills in problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Strong, clear writing and verbal communication skills related to technical items, presentations,
- Adaptive to developing knowledge
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
- A high degree of self-discipline, leadership, work integrity, and self-motivation is required
