Job Description
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
- Clearly communicate the progress of Weekly \monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Develop new business with existing \new clients to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Achieve the requested ( Sales Training ) Target within the year
- Build and Forecast a suitable Sales Pipeline
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience in the Sales\ Business development field
- Perfect English Written and Spoken
- Strong Verbal Communication skills
- Organized and Structural personal
- Task Achiever and objectives oriented
- Ability to maintain his Client data base using CRM programs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Excellent computer skills (Word-Excel-Outlook-Internet & Browsing).
