Job Description
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Assisting with all recruitment and personnel needs.
- Preparing internal report&Manpower report.
- Designing a training strategy for the company.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses ; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Assist in employee retention and development.
- Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and finance teams on benefit policies , programs , and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Females only.
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- Knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
- Very good command of English.
