Job Description

  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
  • Assisting with all recruitment and personnel needs.
  • Preparing internal report&Manpower report.
  • Designing a training strategy for the company.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses ; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and finance teams on benefit policies , programs , and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Females only.
  • HR Diploma is preferred.
  • Knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
  • Very good command of English.
