Job Description
- Responsible for leading and supervising the sales team to achieve sub-sales targets and increase market share.
- Implement the sales and marketing strategy in the branch area.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Increase market share and correct positioning of the product.
- Planning, directing, monitoring and monitoring the activities of the Branch Team.
- An appropriate future system to ensure that all customer contacts are followed up and converted into effective sales.
- Responsible for ensuring high morale and motivation for the sales team.
- To carry out all day-to-day administrative tasks of organizing and arranging the branch
- Follow-up attendance and daily departure
- Training of new employees
- Evaluate the performance and motivation of employees
- Preparing reporting of the administration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Max age 45
- The candidate must be able to manage independent business and therefore must have experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- At least three years of experience in management, sales or a relevant business role
- Great leadership skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
- Excellent organizational skills
- Non-smoker
