Job Description
A multinational company is seeking to hire PMO Admin to provide support to the project management team liaising with all management levels to provide information on projects being managed through the PMO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collation and reporting of projects progress
- Liaise with project managers to ensure project status reporting is provided in a timely manner
- Receive new projects brief templates and consolidate for review
- Ensure that communication is provided on any change to the process
- Identify positive and negative trends in the delivery of projects
- Regularly distribute information to project team members and other stakeholders
- Track and report project portfolio performance, providing a comprehensive view of all projects
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar projects role working closely with projects teams
- Experience in monitoring projects and documenting progress is a must
- Knowledge with MS Office and software systems
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent oral and written English language required
