Job Description
- Develop a strategic three-year marketing plan whilst taking all necessary actions to ensure its fulfillment
- Study our organization to the fullest, to ensure a full understanding of our current marketing position in our operating industry
- Managing the marketing channels for the company including social media
- Being aware of the company’s product, market research, customers and competitors in the construction field
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company’s objectives
- Assigning the tasks among team members based on character analysis
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Creative critical thinking skills to ensure well-developed marketing plans
Job Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Real estate Marketing experience
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
