About the Job
  • This job is very challenging and needs high competitiveness to meet our clients’ expectations.
  • The company is a start up with potential to be a leading investment consultancy and training firm in the middle east. Accordingly, staff members should be motivated, dedicated and full knowledgeable about the company’s services.
  • The staff member will be appointed as freelancer job, based on the company needs.
  • The Company will be responsible for making the marketing campaign for the Course and will provide both the training room &facilities.
  • Trainer will provide the material copies to attendees, and PowerPoint presentations when the course is ready.
  • Training room can hold up to 8 persons only.
  • Trainer will provide the company with his course material, brochure and syllabus.
  • Trainer will give the company his/her available hours in order to market it and reserve courses
  • Trainer will be contacted once the course is needed and should attend, even if one candidate only was interested.
  • Trainer to be available in the pre-agreed time and no excuses are accepted.
  • The Training sessions will be in the name of the Company and material should have its logo
  • Trainer will provide real case studies during the course not less than 30% of material
  • Trainer will remain in contact with candidates for support (Consultancy) in his/her material, with discount on predefined fees for a certain period. And if candidate wanted their support (Consultancy) after this period, it will be with full fees without discount.
  • Final Exam should be passed by the attendee to have the company certificate
  • Real Case Study (Project) should be done by the attendee to have the company certificate.
  • The final exam results and the final project will be submitted to the company management after being evaluated and approved by the trainer to evaluate the performance and value of the course.
  • The company has the right to repeat the exam or the project if they were not satisfying to the company’s management without the consent of the trainer.
  • An evaluation form will be requested by the attendees at the end of the course to evaluate the trainer and his/her level of knowledge and the course as a whole.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in the field of training not less than 2 years
  • Professional Experience in the same Field
  • Working in more than one company is preferable
  • Motivated & believer
  • Good user to Microsoft office
  • Presentable
  • Male or Female
  • Not Less than bachelor’s degree and PhD is preferable
  • Candidate will prepare a 15min PowerPoint presentation for 1st time evaluation.
  • HR Certificate is a plus
