- Revise and follow up on the quotations, Proposals, and contracts from travel specialists.
- Motivates team members and assesses performance.
- Customer service quality, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
- Contact new suppliers to get contracted hotels and tourism services.
- Handle clients' complaints and try to resolve it.
- Submit a monthly report to the management with the performance of the team. Track the performance of the travel specialists and help them maintain their good standing
- Develop and deliver reporting to support day-to-day operations
- Handle training for new employees.
- Solve daily operational problems
- Revise suppliers' monthly statements and coordinate the payments with the accounting.
- Organize daily workload for the tasks of all the operation team to help them get maximum. job requirements

- Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
- Contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives
Job Requirements
- From 10 years of experience
- Tourism background
- Proven work experience as an operations manager
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Budget development and oversight experience
- Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
- Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Leadership and organizational skills
