Job Description
IT coordinator/Help Desk serves as the links between external IT support and end-users, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization's computer systems & networks.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for systems and networks
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
- Monitor system and network performance
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
- Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
- Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules & Data.
- Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
- Maintain a solid Internet & Subscription.
Job Requirements
- Proven experiences as IT coordinator or similar role for two years at least.
- Experience in network management and help desk support.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, reporting and coordination abilities
- BSc/BA in information technology or computer science.
