About the Job

IT coordinator/Help Desk serves as the links between external IT support and end-users, as well perform general administrative tasks that help to ensure the smooth functioning of an organization's computer systems & networks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for systems and networks
  • Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
  • Monitor system and network performance
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs and data restoration
  • Performance maintenance activities (e.g. backups)
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules & Data.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
  • Maintain a solid Internet & Subscription.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experiences as IT coordinator or similar role for two years at least.
  • Experience in network management and help desk support.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, reporting and coordination abilities
  • BSc/BA in information technology or computer science.
