About the Job:

  • Revamp (US based) is extending its team in New Cairo, building the award-winning SaaS CRM and salable web solutions.
  • We are hiring (full-time) Customer Service Specialists

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential customers in the US, through demos, emails, live chat, tickets.
  • Deliver top quality demos to our US customers.
  • Be able to articulate the CRM features, positioning to business users.
  • Engage directly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business and associated needs and pain points.
  • Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers in the US market.
  • Provide detailed feedback and input to product management.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English Speakers ONLY.
  • Customer service, Telesales or telemarketing experience (Preferred).
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Creative, Energetic & Driven Personality.
