About the Job:
- Revamp (US based) is extending its team in New Cairo, building the award-winning SaaS CRM and salable web solutions.
- We are hiring (full-time) Customer Service Specialists
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential customers in the US, through demos, emails, live chat, tickets.
- Deliver top quality demos to our US customers.
- Be able to articulate the CRM features, positioning to business users.
- Engage directly with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business and associated needs and pain points.
- Responsible for actively driving and managing the pre-sales process with direct and channel customers in the US market.
- Provide detailed feedback and input to product management.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Speakers ONLY.
- Customer service, Telesales or telemarketing experience (Preferred).
- Presentation and communication skills.
- Creative, Energetic & Driven Personality.
